the pain gets so bad that narcotic drugs must be prescribed.

There are some natural substances that supposedly help with
knee arthritis. Patients that suffer with arthritis should
investigate some of the natural remedies. There is some
evidence that a proper diet could help relieve the pain. Fish
that contains Omega-3 fatty acids can help to relieve the pain.
Ginger put into food might help alleviate the effects of
arthritis. There are some that would suggest that exercise will
help relieve the pain caused by arthritis. This might be
